There are two basic ways to order from us:-
Firstly if you are ordering one of our fixed price options you can complete the shopping paypal buttons which will allow you to either pay via your PayPal account or via credit or debit card. If you are paying via this method you can include any copy details on the PayPal confirmation message, or if you would rather wait, we will contact you to ask for this once payment has been confirmed.
Secondly, if you would rather, you can pay by sending a personel cheque, postal orders or cash, although the latter should only be sent by Recorded delivery. If ordering via the second method you can confirm your order by e-mail in the first instance and forward your cheque/postal orders made payable and addressed to:-

In order to save time when confirming your order, you might like to let us have your copy requirements at the same time. That way we can start work on your artwork while waiting for your payment to arrive.
Once you have sent through your copy details, we will always send you a proof for your approval before commencing your order. Once approved and payment is confirmed we will complete your order.
All orders are sent out postage free and, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your signs, we forward a full refund once the item has been returned to us. However we can only refund your return postage in exceptional circumstances. Most of our orders are completed and despatched within 48 hours of comfirmation of proof and receipt of payment. We strive to make sure that all orders go out right first time and on time, but as we rely on Royal Mail for the bulk of our items, we ask that you allow 21 days from the time of posting.
