Q: Can I use your design, example, artwork at another sign company?
A: Any proof examples, design work, concept designs or anything created by AS&G cannot be used at any other location or be reproduced without purchase or express written permission by AS&G . You must follow the Copyright Laws of the www.copyright.gov If we see our designs duplicated somewhere else without permission we will bill the customer or other sign shop/company, for normal design fees at £35.00/hr. We also take design time and work seriously and will follow through with legal action for copyright infringement/s. See next question as to why we do not provide proofs prior to purchase.
 
Q: Can you provide me a proof prior to purchase?  
A: Only if the order is confirmed via Email or the order has been paid for.
The reason why is potential customers would get their design work done and then not make a purchase and get their artwork or design for free or worse have a different sign company install our design/s and steal our concept. In addition, time of course is money and design, proofs and set-up work take up a large amount of time.

Q: What is your pricing and payment policies?
A: We at AS&G work very hard on your project/s. Any purchase or project under £500.00 we require full payment up front. Any purchase or project over £500.00, requires 50% down at start and 50% on completion. We have a strict policy regarding payment on completion. We do not allow any additional time frame for payment. When we are done with your project we expect the balance that day. Any concerns, or anything you are dissatisfied with on completion must be reported to AS&G ASAP. After 5 business days if we do not hear from you, we assume all is ok with your project.
 
Q: Do you keep my designs on file for later use?
A: Yes we keep your designs on file. The beauty of this, is when you re-order a product with your same design work you do not pay any additional design and set-up fees

Q: Can you just give me a "quick" quote?
A: If the product you need is (very) simple ... we can provide an approximate quote. However most requests for banners, designs, signs etc ... have many many variables, everyone has different tastes, needs, material quality desires etc ... we prefer direct communications so we can quote you properly.

Q: Why are your prices higher than most others?
A: Our pricing is competitive and fair. We price based on material needed, market value and of course the quality of craftsmanship. We tend to cater to those who plan on spending their hard earned money on products that will last and will get their product completed exactly to their specs. Rarely to we cater to the "cheap fix" product line. We always encourage our potential customers to shop around first.

Q: How much are your design and set-up fees?
A: If you need design and set up ,we charge £16.50 per half hour and £33.00 per hour. Most banner / sign purchases include design and set-up fees. If you have a logo ready to go, you usually will not incur design and set up fees. If we create your project from scratch there will be a charge. So if you do not have a logo, for your new or existing business, you can expect to pay set-up and design fees. We do have complete logo design work packages that start at only £30.00 including graphic files on CD for your use. Contact us for details.

Q: How fast is shipping, can you do rush orders?
A: After a customer pays for their product, it goes into the "proof" stage. We design a "proof" or "example" of what the final product will look like. AFTER the proof is approved, then ... and only then, does your product go into the "production" stage. Production takes 3-5 business days for completion. If a customer wants their order faster than 3-5 business days there is a £20.00 fee on top of the product cost. We will ship via TNT or CITY LINK. We ship TNT ground and CITY LINK priority or First Class mail. If the customer wants faster shipping, we do provide that service based on the time frame the customer wants their product. 3 day, 2nd day, overnight air etc ... these additional shipping fees can run from £10.00 additional to £50.00 additional or more, depending on many variables. The fast shipping fees are in ADDITION to the £30.00 rush fee we charge for production. AS&G  will not start any product production until the customer has approved their proof/s.
